The fixed IP address option gives you the following choices:
- Operating your own web or FTP server
- Operating your own email or extranet server
When selecting the fixed IP address option you can access such other options as virus & spam filter, mail backup and DNS service. For the higher value profiles 8 fixed IP addresses are included in the subscription price. See Business Internet Price List
If you order more than 8 fixed IP addresses Swisscom is obliged to inform the IP address assignment department RIPE of the purpose of each individual fixed IP address. This requires your support. After receiving your order we will send you a record form. We thank you in advance for prompt completion and return to Swisscom by snail mail or fax.
"Business SLA" is available to all BBCS private profiles and we guarantee a repair within 24 hours of the fault report. If the connection is not re-established within 24 hours, we will refund one month's rental charge.
